GORAKHPUR — The Clinical Research & Oncology Division of Synergy Hospital has published a peer-reviewed research study analyzing the demographic trends, risk factors, and therapeutic outcomes of gastrointestinal malignancies in Eastern UP and Western Bihar. The study, spanning data from 2019 to 2024, reveals that early neoadjuvant chemoradiation combined with minimally invasive laparoscopic resection delivered a 34% improvement in disease-free 3-year survival rates compared to conventional pathways. Lead investigator Dr. Alok Tiwari noted: "Regional clinical data is critical to tailoring targeted treatment regimens. Our findings provide valuable insights into diet, genetic predisposition, and optimal intervention timelines for patients across Eastern UP."
